Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein - Trailer Reconstruction
This is a reconstruction of the original length theatrical trailer to ABBOTT AND COSTELLO MEET FRANKENSTEIN. All extant prints are of the 1956 Realart reissue which is trimmed. Unfortunately, David Vaile's first narration line, "What a grand new idea in fun - and what a bargain in entertainment!" is still missing in action.

MARCH OF THE WOODEN SOLDIERS 30 second TV spot
Переглядів 3298 місяців тому
This was sent to tv stations by Prime TV Inc. to promote their airings of MARCH OF THE WOODEN SOLDIERS. Prime used the same words for titles as in the original BABES IN TOYLAND trailer (ua-cam.com/video/EklOlx9POlo/v-deo.html) but did new, cheaper overlays. This is a very rare 16mm reversal print with original Prime TV leader.

Very rare original trailer to THE GLASS MENAGERIE. This is the original 1950 Warner Bros. trailer, not used since Charles K. Feldman sold the rights to the film to 20th Century-Fox. The trailer score is by Max Steiner, who wrote the score to the feature. Both the full feature score and two different trailer scores are on our GLASS MENAGERIE soundtrack CD. "It's a one-reeler and a bupke!" but it's an interesting bit of cinema legacy. Based on a Liberty Magazine Story by future Thrilling Wonder Stories author Frederick Arnold Kummer. With Selmar Jackson, Arthur Hoyt and Crauford Kent. Eleanor Hunt and Hazel Howell are the ladies. The latter, who plays Crauford's secretary, is best known as Billy Gilbert's piano-buying wife in THE MUSIC BOX.

Victor Young Scoring WELLS FARGO
Переглядів 30310 місяців тому
This is a sequence from a 1937 Paramount short, narrated by Gayne Whitman, that chronicles Victor Young composing the musical score for Frank Lloyd's epic drama WELLS FARGO. Notable in this short are scenes that were deleted from the film soon after the original release. The film first played at 115 minutes and now survives only in a 97 minute cut. The bald fellow "helping" Young conduct is stu...

GIVE MY REGARDS TO BROADWAY 1948 Trailer Narrated by Al Jolson
Переглядів 930Рік тому
Original theatrical trailer to 20th Century-Fox's GIVE MY REGARDS TO BROADWAY. Released in 1948. The original theatrical trailer ballyhoos it's narrator, Al Jolson. You'll even hear a whiff of "The Anniversary Song" in the opening to the trailer score. George Jessel was a big producer at Fox at the time - but not of this film. How it must have irked him to have his old rival Jolson doing a trai...

BABES IN TOYLAND Walt Disney Original Theatrical Trailer
Very good Old Mill footage. The only footage online right now of any previous version btw. I can almost pin point where all of those scenes are today on the current version. Some stuff in the background they decided to leave like the rocks in the artic scene.
I actually remember the Old Mill from the 60's. It was totally different and the water was pouring down at the entrance and exit. It evolved over the years, which is why you hear my son say "they ruined the Old Mill!" Even HE recognized the changes from just a year or so before.
@@ChelseaRialtoStudios Yeah I had heard it was A LOT more scarier a few years prior to this . With scarier props and stuff.
@@ChelseaRialtoStudios Do you know if there were a few scene that you didn't get on tape?
@@Yeet112 No, I'm sure I used everything I shot.
@@ChelseaRialtoStudios Nice
The younger generation will never understand this kind of comedy. 🏆
🥸True!
Thank god this isn't a German film otherwise the cast would be executed
Damaged sprocket holes? 16:25 Otherwise nice print
No, this was transferred on an Elmo Transvideo. Elmo's don't like splices.
No one has ever or will ever sing this as beautifully as she did. She is my FAVORITE Artist of that era.
The Creeper
The transition from the Internationale to the US anthem feels like the meme where the loud crow interrupts the bird lmao
Lou Costello on g e theater dave w.
Oh yeah!
Genial
What a wonderful lady ,amazing Lilli ,my admiration always
I've never seen that version of the Universal logo before.
One of the best
Karloff in this movie is how I imagine him playing "Cagliostro".
So where's Bud Abbott ?
2:18 OMG. Hair styles to die for . . .
Who was the director?
There's none listed but probably one of the studios's short subjects directors such as Ray McCarey.
For my 50th BD party I wanted a CD made with Kate singing this and Judy Garland singing 'Somewhere over the Rainbow'. I need to find this video CD, Phil F. did an excellent job, many pictures from childhood right into adulthood. Damn Diabetes took Kate too soon.
Well, there are CD's of Kate Smith singing GBA. But not this performance. This is from the movie THIS IS THE ARMY (best DVD is Warner Home Video). However, in the feature the song is broken up with dialogue sequences. I rearranged the song performance and then recut the image, inserting the shots of America.
@@ChelseaRialtoStudios I wondered why it was different than THIS IS THE ARMY one. You did a great job on this BTW and much appreciated. What they did for my Bday was had her singing this masterpiece with pictures of my life. Same with Judy Garland.
Alguien puede aportar el texto de esta obra? Se lo agradeceria de veras
Funny that you focused on the Hold Your Hats sign on the Dragon Coaster. I watched an old POV video made in the 1930's that showed everyone wearing hats and not one flew off. Either hats were made much better then or the ride was made slower.
Dudley was one funny guy😂😂🥲
Holy cow! This ACTUALLY looks like an actual trailer from 1934! I hope the real trailer gets found someday.😲😯
If this song doesn't move you ,you don't have a soul .

Apparently Facebook's algorithms don't recognize satire!
All this and Phil Arnold too!
Yes - Peeping Tom in the flesh!
This movie was an outstanding collaboration of director, producer, actor and supporting cast. It's no wonder he won an award. He's always portrayed a quality of depth and dedication to every role - he was breathtaking in his delivery of emotions and seemed to have good chemistry with everyone he played a scene with, not only women. People wanted to work with Mr. Cukor and we can see why. Thank you for this - many more please of this wonderful actor.
8:58 Anthem part start here
2024?🎉
The opening song is by Yip Harburg and Harold Arlen and is one of their greatest, speaking for all oppressed minorities.
Weird concept. You have a thriller about a master of disguise, but also have several major movie stars, bizarrely hidden under layers of make up, playing bit parts and some of them with no actual connection with the main plot. Also, apparently there is a novel telling what really happened behind the curtain during filming (the actors who were supposed to play under make up actually only played a fraction of their screen time, the rest of their performances were the work of a stand in, who later penned the aforementioned novel). Weird movie indeed.
Yeah - I don't think Lancaster is actually in the film except for the curtain call!
@@ChelseaRialtoStudios He's obviously not. The lady protesting the fox hunt is obviously a woman and like 20 minutes later they show the unmasking scene and they want us to believe it was Lancaster all along. Preposterous 😅
WOR TV had the best bumpers and intros... Always gave me a cozy and relaxing feeling growing up in the Bronx back in the seventies and eighties... GOOD MEMORIES!!!
Wow! You guys nailed it

This was before the U.S. went full on Communist after the war.
I doubt this is from 1962, more like late 1960's.
Agreed.
This recording has been a treasured part of my collection for the last 50+ years. Mr. Robinson’s voice perfectly captures the longing and regrets of Hale’s story.
